Low
maintenance, sustainable PVC-U systems
Selecta was one of the first PVC-U extrusion companies to
eliminate the use of lead stabilisers ahead of "Vinyl 2010", the
European Environmental initiative to replace lead from PVC-U
profiles.
Combining German engineering with British manufacture, Selecta's
Advance 70 five-chamber PVC-U system provides
enhanced thermal performance resulting in an Energy A+ Rating
option.
Selecta is fully integrated, with in-house mixing plants and
extrusion halls at our 9 acre Midlands-based site. With a
network of some 450 fabricators across the UK we can work in
partnership to deliver sustainable, value-driven solutions.
Selecta PVC-U has a life expectancy in excess of 40 years and is
fully recyclable, and with research indicating PVC-U capable of
being recycled up to ten years this equates to a potential 400
year lifespan.
