Casement Windows

For casement windows, the Advance 70 System offers superb qualities that will exceed expectation in terms of performance, aesthetics and environmental issues. This innovative system can be incorporated into new build as well as refurbishment schemes giving outstanding qualities and a superior overall finish to any project.

The five chamber systems means fabricators can easily achieve A, B or C BFRC energy ratings, while the use of calcium-organic stabalizers in place of lead enhances the green credentials of Selecta fabricators.

The chamfered profile is traditional in style that provides great strength while hi-flow drainage eradicates problems generated by adverse weather conditions.

The window systems can be manufactured into internally or externally glazed casements, as well as tilt and turn and is available in white or our wide range of in-house foils

Tilt & Turn windows

For projects requiring excellent weathering characteristics, the Selecta Advance 70 tilt and turn windows provide the utmost in terms of performance and aesthetics.

Coupled with the high security hardware range available from Selecta Systems, this product is one of the most secure and aesthetically pleasing on the market. The tilt mode offers secure ventilation whilst the turn facility provides complete cleaning access.

Post co-extruded gaskets are used as well as transoms that are either welded or mechanically coupled depending upon the application.

This superior system is available in white or our full range of foils.

Residential Doors

Selecta Systems Advance 70 Door System is available in a variety of designs that will suit the needs of specifiers on large and small projects.

The door system is exceptionally practical and has been rigorously tested to withstand the elements. The door leaf can house double glazed units, decorative panels or a combination of both as well as inward and outward options.

The range includes a wider outer frame and a scotia door sash and a low threshold system for easy access that is fully compliant with Document M is also available. This encompasses the all important requirements relating to wheel chair accessibility in new build installations and can be provided with a standard range of cills.

The Midrail option will accept a fully sleeved letterbox, whilst full depth Eurogrooves can house multipoint locking systems. Additionally, perimeter pressure seals will provide a weather proof connection between the door leaf and the outer frame.

The doors are available in our full range of foils and will add beauty and value to any residence.

French Doors

Our French Doors are available in a variety of designs that will meet the technical requirements of the specifier. This is a high performance product that is both practical, durable and achieves excellent thermal values.

The Advance 70 Door System, which fully integrates with the window system is a 70mm wide, five chamber profile that incorporates a number of key benefits including integral multi-function gaskets that act as both a weather seal and a glazing seal. The gaskets are inserted during the extrusion process to both simplify and reduce fabrication time.

In order to achieve optimum performance, the bead retention area has been designed to include a single leg hook type, co-extruded range of glazing beads that accommodate both 24mm and 28mm double glazed units.

The system has been carefully designed to incorporate easy location of reinforcement, hinges, handles and door locks. The integral Euro Groove accommodates standard door hardware.

All aspects of performance and quality have been considered in the development of the Advance 70 Door System. the centre cavity of the profile has been configured to include a profile related steel reinforcement and the door mullion/transom can accept a screw ported aluminium to assist mechanical joint construction.

MASTERslide – Patio System

The Advance 70 range is complimented by the MASTERslide, a patio system that offers stability, durability and security all combined within a slimline package. This versatile system is available in 2, 3 or 4 panel configurations and can be fitted internally or externally.

The overall back to front dimensions of the outer frame is 87mm, which reduces to 70mm and can connect with either 60mm or 70mm systems. Additionally when installed with a cill the height of the outer frame is only 86mm.

Careful consideration has been incorporated into the design of the MASTERslide which includes a 28mm Double Glazed unit that is retained in position via single leg hook in chamfered co-ex glazing bead all of which conform to BS 6262.

A special stainless stell track that provides both durability and longevity has been selected for the sliding leaf. This glides effortlessly on a stainless steel tandem roller which guarantees smooth operation time after time. For porch applications, an optional mid rail is available that can accommodate a letter plate.

Security is a key consideration with all Selecta System products, therefore the MASTERslide is further enhanced with a multipoint locking system and internally fitted beads. Other key design benefits include an anodized aluminium treadplate and ergonomic handle.
